Summary

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Barista to join our team in the Carmarthen. Based at our location, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable experience.
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with attention to detail.
Provide excellent guest service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in food preparation when needed.
Upsell products to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Manage time efficiently during busy periods.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Basic math skills for transactions.
Knowledge of food safety standards.
Previous kitchen or culinary experience is a plus.
A friendly attitude and team spirit.
