Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively hospitality environment, delivering excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess good organisational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting. All positions are paid, including internships, and provide valuable experience within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks and beverages efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar
Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
Restock bar supplies as needed and ensure stock levels are maintained throughout shifts
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and adhering to licensing laws
Assist with setting up and clearing tables when required during busy periods
Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality is essential.
Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment
Time management skills to ensure timely service during busy hours
A positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine interest in delivering excellent customer experiences

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
