Job title:Chef

Opportunity to work within a vibrant, ambitious kitchen brigade committed to fresh, seasonal dishes and an excellent dining experience.

Liaison with: Head Chef/Owner

You will be expected to work with the Head Chef to manage the whole kitchen, prepare, cook and finish many types of dishes. You must monitor the quality of food production, comply with safety, health, and hygiene standards, contribute to the development of your own section's staff by means of supervising.

You will be expected to assist with day-to-day running of the kitchen including ordering and ensuring that all kitchen stations are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times.

You must demonstrate awareness and skill within all culinary functions in general. You must be organized, consistent and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. You are expected to demonstrate and help maintain high levels of service that consistently exceed the expectations of our customers.
