We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated food and beverage assistant to join our vibrant team at our wedding venue in Usk,

The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our bar team, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining the security of the bar area.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Have the ability to confidently communicate with our customers to ensure a positive service and experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bar service is essential.
Strong knowledge of safety practices and regulations desirable.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for hospitality and a desire to help create enjoyable experiences for guests.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
