We are looking for applicants to join our Front-of-House team at Molly’s Bar & Restaurant, located on Coed Helen Holiday Park, Caernarfon.

The advertised position is for bar and restaurant staff.

The ideal candidate will be warm and welcoming with a personality suited to working in a customer-facing hospitality venue. Dedicated, hard-working and enthusiastic, you will have a professional and friendly manner, and a willingness to always deliver an exceptional level of customer service and guest experience.

Familiarity with working in a similar hospitality role/setting is essential.

Working as part of our small front-of-house team the role will involve:

Meeting, greeting, always ensuring attentive service and customer satisfaction.
Tending the bar, serving drinks including cocktails and coffees.
Taking orders & serving food from the kitchen.
Use of ePOS till systems.
Basic cellar and stock management.
Maintaining the cleanliness of a well-presented and organised bar, restaurant and outdoor spaces.

The role is offered on a part-time seasonal, fixed-term basis from March-October approx., all applicants must be flexible and available to work weekends and holiday dates. Approx. 16-24h per week, it may be possible to work additional hours during high season and peak dates.

Pay rates in line with and above National Living Wage depending on experience.
