Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks according to company standards.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation area.
Take customer orders accurately, process payments, and handle cash or electronic transactions efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner and addressing any queries or special requests.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including cleaning equipment and utensils regularly.
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to create a safe environment for both staff and customers.

Skills

Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
Excellent serving skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
Competence in food preparation techniques relevant to beverage service.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Good communication skills to interact clearly with team members and customers.
