Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality across all departments. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

Design and execute scalable operations strategies across multiple locations
Manage daily workflows, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and brand guidelines
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams across franchise sites and mobile units
Collaborate with supply chain, kitchen leads, and tech partners to streamline logistics and order fulfillment
Track KPIs using digital tools, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven improvements
Control budgets, stock rotation, and cost management to optimise performance
Implement safety protocols, ensure allergen compliance, and elevate service quality
Contribute to franchise development and onboarding processes as we scale nationally

Requirements

Proven experience in operations leadership within QSR, hospitality, or retail food sectors
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site or franchise businesses
Strong grasp of UK food compliance standards and operational best practices
Data-savvy: comfortable with inventory systems, POS analytics, and digital reporting tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills—able to inspire teams and manage stakeholders
Degree in Business, Hospitality, Management, or equivalent experience
Eligibility for sponsorship under UK Skilled Worker route (RQF Level 6 required)
