We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable
Answer phone calls with proper etiquette, providing information and assistance as required
Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

Previous experience in or guest services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Bilingual or multilingual candidates will be highly regarded for their ability to serve diverse guests effectively
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Friendly demeanour with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
