Overview
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Casual Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation
Support catering operations during events, including setting up and clearing tables
Maintain cleanliness of service areas, adhering to food safety regulations
Replenish supplies as needed and ensure stock levels are maintained throughout shifts
Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
Support barista duties where applicable, including preparing hot drinks and managing bar areas
Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for colleagues and guests

Experience

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Experience with food preparation or working in a restaurant environment is desirable
Barista experience or familiarity with coffee making is a plus
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is beneficial
A friendly attitude with strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service in fast-paced settings

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
