We are recruiting on behalf of an exceptional fine dining restaurant seeking a polished and experienced Chef de Rang to join their front-of-house team. Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee a designated section with full ownership of guest experience
Deliver technically precise, attentive, and intuitive service
Execute food and beverage service to fine dining standards
Present dishes with confidence and product knowledge
Maintain detailed knowledge of menu, ingredients, allergens, and wine pairings
Coordinate effectively with kitchen and sommelier teams
Mentor and support Commis Waiters within your section
Ensure mise en place and section readiness at all times
