We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone with kitchen experience who is looking to grow and develop across all sections of a busy burger kitchen. The successful candidate will be involved in food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and supporting the team, and covering shifts when we are catering at events.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing sauces and burger toppings

Working on the bun and sides section

Progressing to the grill section as experience develops

Learning all kitchen sections to support the business at events during the summer

Washing up and maintaining kitchen cleanliness

Completing weekly deep cleaning tasks

Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times

Supporting the team during busy service periods

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a kitchen

Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety Certificate (minimum)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable and punctual

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Willingness to learn all areas of the kitchen

Working Hours

Approximately 30 hours per week

Flexibility required, including evenings, weekends, and summer events
