Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Baristato join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
Assist customers with menu selections and provide friendly, attentive service.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system and manage customer payments efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
Follow food safety procedures at all times to uphold hygiene standards.
Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light bites when required.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Requirements

Previous barista experienceis preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the candidate.
Knowledge of food safetystandards and procedures is essential.
Experience in servingcustomers in a hospitality environment is advantageous.
Basic mathsskills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Good time managementskills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods.
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
