BAR & LOUNGE SUPERVISOR

Our 5 AA Red Star award winning Hotel has established itself as one of the leading luxury hotels and restaurants in Wales set in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside overlooking the Preseli Hills. The fernery restaurant holds 4 AA Rosettes and is under the leadership of the hugely talented Executive Chef Douglas Balish, likewise the team also over see the casual dining option ‘Artisan Rooms’ offering a more relaxed dining option to guests while still showing care and attention as to where ingredients are sourced.

The Head Sommelier, Cathryn and F&B Manager Andreas, are now looking for a passionate and dedicated bar & lounge supervisor to join the team.

· Package up to £31,500 including Gratuities and Pension.

· Gratuities are shared through a Tronc system and currently amounts to appx 3.5k per annum.

The candidate will ideally have the following attributes:

· Passion for spirits and cocktails with a WSET level 2 or equivalent.

· Experience with world wines.

· Passionate about offering a sincere customer experience.

· Excellent restaurant service skills in fine dining and relaxed dining environments.

· Genuine sincere nature.

· Resilient and hard working.

· Great people skills.

· Dedicated and excellent team player.
