Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender/Barista to join our vibrant team. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, cocktails, and soft drinks, adhering to company standards and recipes.
Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces regularly.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Manage cash register operations and handle payments accurately.
Provide friendly and attentive service to create a positive customer experience.
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area at the beginning and end of each shift.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable.
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for delivering excellent customer service.
