Location: Lakeside House Nursing Home, CF14 3QX
Hours: Full-time (No late nights, alternate weekends)
Salary: £16 - £18 per hour (Dependent on experience)

What You’ll Do

Prepare fresh, high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to residents' dietary needs and preferences.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) are met.
Manage kitchen stock, reduce waste, and manage budgeting.
Create a welcoming, warm dining experience for residents.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a chef, ideally in a care home or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of nutrition, allergen management, and food safety standards.
A compassionate, friendly demeanor with a desire to make a difference.
Food Hygiene Certification (desirable, training provided).
