Reporting to: On site Catering Manager

Payrate: £12.21 per hour

Shift Pattern: Mon - Sat, 06:00 - 08:00, 12 hrs weekly

Cleaner required for coop all aspects of cleaning is to be met at high standards. no experience necessary as full training will be given.

Job Role and Purpose:

Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked, at all times within the required service windows
Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients.
Responsible for the smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures.
To operate the till point as required throughout service, ensuring correct procedures are used.
Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures.
To ensure COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures.
To maintain confidentiality and security at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in catering and food service environments
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices
Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest services
Ability to prepare and present food items in an appealing manner
Previous experience in restaurants or hotels is preferable
Effective communication and teamwork abilities in a fast-paced setting
