Job Overview
Orka is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-time Bar & Waiting Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your hospitality skills within a lively dining environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the smooth operation of our bar and restaurant services. Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Duties

Taking orders from guests accurately and efficiently
Serving food and beverages with professionalism and courtesy
Preparing and presenting drinks in line with company standards
Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas
Uphold presentation, cleanliness and service standards

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or similar roles is desirable but not mandatory
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
Experience in guest services and upselling techniques is a plus
Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as required
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment
