Key Responsibilities

Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control.
Lead and mentor a team of chefs to maintain high standards in production and presentation.
Manage stock, order supplies, and ensure a clean, organised kitchen.
Emphasise sustainability and seasonal ingredients, maximising our kitchen garden.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £33,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
