The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager / Front of House Manager to lead the floor, own standards, and drive performance.

This is a visible, front-line role. You’ll work closely with the GM/Owner and take full responsibility for guest experience, team energy and day-to-day performance.

Within your first 60–90 days, you’ll be confidently running services, owning rotas and training, and actively growing spend per head through great leadership and service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead from the front on the floor, especially during peak services
Deliver consistent, high-energy guest experience
Train, develop and motivate the front-of-house team
Own rotas, labour control and productivity
Drive sales through service and upselling
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Manage stock, ordering and wastage
Handle guest feedback confidently and professionally
Work closely with senior management on commercial performance

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager, AGM or strong FOH Manager
Background in busy, quality-led venues (brunch, premium casual or wet-led food)
Confident leading a full floor and bar team
Comfortable owning rotas, standards and service pace
Commercially aware (labour, SPH, stock control)
Calm under pressure, positive in tone, firm on standards

Nice to Have

Experience in brunch-led or daytime-heavy operations
Strong drinks knowledge
Experience stepping up from AGM into a full RM role

Upto £38k package, depending on experience
