be responsible for training, motivating and offering support to your team

to maintain excellent hygien and cleanliness in our bar & cellar area which will include glass washing area, shelves,fridges and pipes

assisting committee in arranging social functions to ensure the bar is adequately staffed

maitain a safe working enviroment

key handling accepting deliveries and placing stock in allocated areas, keep goods in ledger.

correct stock holding ensure good stock results prompt cashing up and banking, keep Takings ledger.

carry out regular line cleaning

maitain minimum staffing level with consultation with the committee

be inovative, approachable and have the ability to quickly build a strong rapport with the members

a personal license and UK driving license , whist no necessary, would be helpful
