We’re looking for a talented and passionate pastry chef or baker to join our team.

We’re ideally looking for someone who:

Has experience working with laminated and enriched doughs

Is confident in a busy, fast-paced commercial kitchen

Has experience with slow fermented bread

Has a genuine passion for bread making and quality products

Based in Narberth, you’ll be working in one of Pembrokeshire’s most vibrant little towns. Known for its food scene, independent shops, and strong sense of community, Narberth attracts both locals and tourists year-round.

Skills

Proven experience in food production, preparation, cooking, or baking within a professional kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Excellent skills in culinary arts with a focus on baking and pastry techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Passion for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods

Pay: £29,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
