About the Role:
As a Food Production Operative, you will be working within a meat factory, handling raw products and supporting the smooth operation of the production line. This is a physical and manual role that requires a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused throughout long shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling, preparing, and processing raw meat
Operating production machinery and equipment safely (training provided)
Packing, weighing, and labelling products
Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards
Meeting daily production targets
General manual handling and housekeeping duties

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in production or factory work is beneficial but not essential
Comfortable working with raw meat
Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
Reliable, punctual, and committed to full-time hours
Able to work in a chilled factory environment
