We are seeking a motivated and reliable Fryer / Food Prep Team Member to join our culinary team. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop practical kitchen skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment while contributing to delivering excellent food and service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food items using frying techniques (full training provided).
Learn to monitor oil temperature and maintain proper frying conditions throughout service.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, with guidance and training from senior team members.
Assist with food preparation, including organising ingredients and supporting timely service.
Help maintain kitchen cleanliness and assist with cleaning fryers and equipment.
Work as part of a supportive team during busy periods to meet service demands.
Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times (training provided).

Experience

No previous experience required – full training will be given.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Ability to work well in a busy, team-focused environment.
An interest in food preparation and delivering great customer service is desirable.

This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen, with full support and training provided from day one.
