Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant and kitchen experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Duties

Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high standards of quality and service
Manage and supervise kitchen staff, servers, and baristas to foster a cohesive team environment
Coordinate food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to recipes and safety standards
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory control efficiently
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness across all areas
Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, incorporating innovative dishes and seasonal ingredients
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any complaints promptly to maintain guest satisfaction
Train new staff members on service protocols, health & safety procedures, and company policies
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and optimise procurement processes

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
Supervising experience with team management capabilities
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in busy environments
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Experience in food production, kitchen operations, and service delivery
Hospitality background with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
Barista experience is desirable but not essential; a passion for hospitality is crucial
