All Rounder Wanted – Join the Socialdice Crew!

We’re on the lookout for a fun, enthusiastic All Rounder to join our quirky little team. If you love good food, better company, and can hold your own in a game of Codenames (or at least pretend to while carrying nachos to a table) — then this might just be the perfect gig for you.

What you’ll be doing (aka your “quests”):

Making our guests feel welcome, comfortable, and ready to roll some dice.
Helping in the kitchen with prep and service (don’t worry, we’ll train you).
Serving up food & drinks with a smile — bonus points if you can recommend your favourite board game while you’re at it.
Setting up for events and tidying down after (because those meeples don’t put themselves away).
Working with the team to keep service smooth, food safe, and vibes high.
Jumping in wherever you’re needed — we all muck in, that’s how the magic happens!

What we’re looking for:

A love of board games is essential (seriously, tell us your favourites in your application).
Bar or kitchen experience is great, but not essential — we’ll teach you what you need to know.
Great with people, quick on your feet, and not afraid to get stuck in.
This is a zero-hour contract — you’ll be called on when needed, especially during busy periods, to cover sickness, holidays, and our semi-regular special events.
During quieter times of the year (January and the summer holidays), hours will be less available — but you can expect steadier, more regular hours throughout the rest of the year.
Big bonus if you’re the kind of person who has a quirky hobby, random collection, or weirdly specific party trick. (Yes, we want to hear about it.)
