St Asaph Conservative Club is seeking friendly and professional Bar Staff to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a welcoming environment, ensuring the smooth operation of the bar, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and possess a passion for hospitality.

Duties

Serve drinks efficiently and courteously to members and guests
Prepare and pour a variety of beverages in line with club standards
Ensure that all patrons of the bar are full or day members
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware and utensils
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service
Enforce responsible drinking policies and promote a safe environment
Assist with organising events or functions held at the club when required
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
Excellent serving skills with a friendly demeanour
Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic mathematics skills for handling transactions accurately
Proven time management abilities to ensure prompt service during busy periods
Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of restaurant or bar operations is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: £12.21-£12.71 per hour
