The Lake Country House & Spa is looking for a reliable and hard-working Kitchen Porter to join our friendly kitchen team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional, well-organised kitchen within a four-star country house hotel and spa, set in 50 acres of beautiful Welsh countryside.

The Role

As Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital part in the smooth running of the kitchen. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation, ensuring our chefs can deliver the quality of food our guests expect.

Duties will include:

Operating the dishwasher and maintaining pot wash areas
Washing and sanitising crockery, cutlery, utensils and kitchen equipment
Keeping kitchen floors and surfaces clean and safe
Assisting with deliveries and stock organisation
Supporting chefs with basic food preparation when required
Carrying out scheduled deep cleaning tasks

Hours & Flexibility

Evening and weekend work is required.
