We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience through outstanding service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Provide information about menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining experience
Experience in catering or barista roles would be an advantage
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in service delivery
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A passion for providing exceptional customer service
