The Royal George is a newly refurbished pub with rooms in Tintern Wales. Home to beautiful bedrooms, destination dining across multiple outlets, and stunning outdoor spaces. We’re looking for F&B Team Members who want variety, pace, and the opportunity to learn new skills. You will deliver high-quality service across all our food and beverage areas and you’ll be trained across table service, bar, coffee, and hosting.

What you’ll be doing:

· Working across all food and beverage areas – including the restaurant, café, bar, terrace, and events

· Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and delivering confident, guest-focused service

· Making great coffee, supporting the bar, and hosting guests with warmth and professionalism

· Switching between roles and outlets as needed – building new skills and keeping things fresh

· Helping to keep service areas clean, organised, and ready throughout every shift

· Being part of a team that thrives on delivering consistently high standards

What we’re looking for:

· Previous F&B, barista, or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)

· A team player with a positive, calm and proactive attitude

· Great communication skills and a professional appearance

· Someone who takes pride in doing the basics well every time and creating magic moments for guests

· Someone who brings positive energy, solutions, and heart to the work.

· Someone who is calm under pressure and thoughtful in decisions
