We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, food service, and creating a positive atmosphere for patrons. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. A keen eye for food safety and attention to detail are essential qualities for this position.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously
Assist with food preparation tasks where necessary, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale system
Maintain a clean and organised front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety standards at all times
Support baristas with beverage preparation when required, including coffee making and other specialised drinks
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
Experience in restaurant or barista roles is advantageous
Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating welcoming atmospheres
