Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and enjoy a memorable dining experience. You will assist in various aspects of food preparation, service, and hospitality, contributing to the smooth operation of our restaurant and catering services.

Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
Support bartending activities by preparing drinks and managing inventory as required.
Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Assist in catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing away as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Experience in bartending or catering is an essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.
A positive attitude with a willingness to help others.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
