Food & Beverage Manager – The Waterloo Inn, Nash

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead the front-of-house team at The Waterloo Inn — a destination community pub on the scenic outskirts of Newport.

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll oversee daily operations, maintain high service standards, manage stock and rotas, and help shape the pub’s future as we grow our food, drink, and events offering.

What we’re looking for:

Previous management experience in a pub, bar, or restaurant
Strong leadership and team development skills
Confidence managing rotas, stock control, and compliance
A warm, community-focused approach
