Responsibilities

Serve drinks and food items to guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations is advantageous.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Exceptional guest service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
