Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment, supporting culinary staff, and ensuring a smooth operation. Responsibilities

Washing, cleaning, and sanitising dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold hygiene standards.
Assisting with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, including ingredient organisation and prep work.
Supporting chefs and kitchen staff with organisational duties to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment throughout shifts.
Ensuring waste disposal is handled correctly and recycling protocols are followed.
Assisting with stock organisation and storage to optimise space utilisation.
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or working within a restaurant or hotel environment is advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards is desirable.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Good organisational skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude towards learning new skills in hospitality.
Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the operational needs of the establishment. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£12.26 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week
