Bar Supervisor

Canada Lodge and Lake in Creigiau are looking for knowledgeable, enthusiastic, customer service-oriented food and beverage assistants to join our team!

You will possess excellent guest focus and a real passion for hospitality.

Someone who understands that customer service is paramount to our business and that all guests receive a warm and personalised welcome.

You will need to have a smart appearance and great attention to detail.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

The position will suit an ambitious, driven and passionate professional looking to grow and develop a small enthusiastic team.

Responsibilities include:

~ Assisting customers with their refreshment selection

~ Working as part of a close knit team ensuring every customer is treated to an amazing experience

~ Use of till, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling

~ Cellar management

~ Stocking up the bar and cellar

~ Cleanliness and customer trading areas kept clean at all times. Being able to keep an eye on all areas of the business not just the bar when working.

~ Friendly and outgoing personality

~ Ability to multi-task

~ Ability to engage and communicate with the team and the customers, spend the majority of the day on your feet in a fast paced environment

~ Evening, weekend and holiday availability is essential. Being offered a place here will be dependent on you being able to work the hours the business needs.
