Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a lively hospitality environment. Duties

Serve drinks and beverages to customers in a courteous and timely manner
Take orders accurately and process payments efficiently using POS systems
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and utensils
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff when required
Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing excellent guest service
Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance their overall experience
Restock bar supplies and monitor stock levels regularly
Handle guest queries professionally, ensuring their needs are met promptly

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is desirable
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
Strong serving skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction
Basic maths skills for handling payments and cash register operations
Experience with food preparation or culinary tasks is a plus
Good organisational skills and time management to handle busy periods effectively
Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance sales opportunities

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 25 per week
