Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidates will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a warm and friendly environment. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service are essential. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards
Assist with food preparation tasks as required, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the service area
Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest enquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations throughout shifts
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Support baristas with beverage preparation when needed, including coffee-making skills
Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems efficiently
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred but not essential; a keen willingness to learn is valued
Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is desirable
Experience with food preparation or barista duties is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings if required
Personal presentation should be professional and polished at all times
