New Coffee Shop - Blend

We are looking for an enthusiastic Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead our new coffee space located within Spirit Hair Team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about coffee, hospitality and creating a warm, welcoming environment for guests.

You will oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure every customer receives a premium experience.

Duties

Oversee daily coffee shop operations
Lead and support barista team members
Deliver exceptional customer service
Manage opening and closing procedures
Monitor stock levels and place orders
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
Handle cash and card transactions
Work collaboratively with the salon team upstairs

Requirements

Proven experience as a Barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a café or food service environment (desirable)
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong time management skills to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Basic maths skills for cash handling and order processing
Experience in serving customers with professionalism and courtesy
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.71-£16.94 per hour
