We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team at the Waterloo in Nash, a destination pub on the outskirts of Newport. Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and meal assembly to support kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Stock supplies and assist with inventory management.
Collaborate with Head Chef to meet quality standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in catering, cooking, or food preparation.
