Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Chef who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a love for culinary creativity. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cooking techniques, especially in tapas and Mediterranean cuisine. This position offers significant creative freedom, allowing you to design and implement unique dishes that will delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and develop a diverse menu of tapas that highlights traditional and contemporary flavors.

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with our recipes and standards.

- Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to health regulations.

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth service and exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering ingredients, and minimizing waste.

- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering an atmosphere of teamwork and creativity.

- Stay current with culinary trends and bring fresh ideas to the menu.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a tapas or small plates restaurant.

- Strong culinary skills and an understanding of various cooking methods and techniques.

- Creative mindset with the ability to design exceptional dishes.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.

- A passion for food and a desire to provide an extraordinary dining experience.
