We’re Hiring: Front of House Team Members (2 Positions Available)

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our front of house team in a family owned business.

Position 1: Front of House (Experienced)

Hours: 11am – 3:30pm
Schedule (fortnightly rotation):

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

About the role:
This position is ideal for someone with solid front of house experience who can confidently manage busy service periods. You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Previous front of house experience essential
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods
A positive, team-oriented attitude

Position 2: Front of House with Barista Skills

Hours: 8:30am – 5pm
Schedule:

Week 1: Sunday, Thursday, Friday
Week 2 :Thursday, Friday, Saturday

About the role:
This is a front of house role with an added focus on coffee service. You’ll be interacting with customers, taking orders, and preparing drinks, so confidence behind the coffee machine is important.

Requirements:

Front of house experience preferred
Basic barista knowledge (milk steaming, espresso preparation, etc.)
Friendly and approachable manner
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting
