Cibo Bar is a family run coffee shop in Southgate, Enfield. We have a glowing reputation with local residents and are a key community pillar. All of this said a barista / needs to take on a range of roles including:

Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea etc.
Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment.
Cleaning service and seating areas.
Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
Servicing customers and taking orders.
Receiving and processing customer payments.

Ideally, we're looking for someone with previous experience in hospitality such as a barista or waiter. We are more than happy to train up the right person! Below is a list of some more general skills and qualities we would like a candidate to possess:

Great communication skills ( fluent in English )
A happy, friendly personality
Customer service skills and knowledge
Good level of literacy and numeracy
Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge
Positive and approachable manner
