Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Seasonal Hospitality Team Members to join our busy hotel and holiday park operation for the summer season. This is a varied role supporting all aspects of our food and beverage service, including breakfast, restaurant, bar, and terrace operations.

The successful candidates will help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and teamwork throughout the season. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable hospitality experience within a fast-paced and friendly environment.

Duties

Assist with breakfast, restaurant, bar, and terrace service
Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and clear tables during service periods
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout all service areas
Assist with setting up and closing down restaurant and bar areas
Support colleagues across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle guest enquiries politely and professionally
Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times

Shifts Include

Morning breakfast shifts
Evening restaurant and bar service
Weekday and weekend work

Experience

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided
Friendly and positive attitude with good communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous but not essential
