Ffarm Hall is Wales' first 100% plant-based hotel & restaurant , in the village of Betwys-Yn-Rhos, between the coastal towns of Conwy and Abergele.

The 14-room boutique hotel is launching in May 2026 by Macbeth Hotels Ltd, who run the awarding winning Beck Hall Malham, England's first 100% plant-based hotel.

Responsibilities:

Assisting other chefs
Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
Maintaining the highest levels of standards
Monitoring stock, including stock rotation
Ensure minimum kitchen wastage
Keeping all working areas clean and tidy
Preventing cross contamination
Referring to menu specifications for all food prep
Complying with all food safety policy and procedures
Any other reasonable duties as required

Qualifications

Solid experience working in commercial kitchens with an all-fresh menu
Familiarity with plant-based cuisine is a huge plus
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
