We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Food & Beverage Assistants to join the team at Caer Rhun Hall, a beautiful country house hotel set in the stunning Conwy Valley.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a passionate hospitality team delivering memorable guest experiences across our restaurant, bar, events and weddings. Whether guests are joining us for breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, or a special celebration, our Food & Beverage team play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We have zero hour, part time and full time roles available.

The Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will support the daily operation of our restaurant, bar and events spaces, ensuring guests receive attentive service and a high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Providing friendly, professional service to guests in the restaurant, bar and event spaces
Assisting with breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service
Supporting weddings, private dining and special events
Preparing and setting up dining areas to a high standard
Taking food and drink orders and serving guests efficiently
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of service areas
Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure smooth service

About You

A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for hospitality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event days
Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
