We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Assistant to join our team during evening shifts. Duties

Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Handle guest enquiries courteously via phone, email, or in person
Manage reservations and room allocations efficiently
Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the reception area
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Support with administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation as required

Experience

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly advantageous for assisting diverse guests
Experience in guest services or customer care roles will be beneficial
A friendly demeanour with a professional attitude and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work effectively during evening hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
