GDK Cardiff is seeking friendly and customer focused Front of House Team Members to deliver exceptional service to our guests. You’ll be the face of the brand taking orders, serving food, and ensuring every customer has a welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude.

- Take orders at the counter or via digital systems.

- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and presentation.

- Prepare simple menu items and assemble orders.

- Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues politely.

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

- Support team members during busy periods.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Friendly, confident, and approachable.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong teamwork and multitasking ability.

Preferred:

- Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service.

- Cash handling, POS system experience.
