We’re looking for an exciting new addition to our team.

An Assistant Manager to work with the General Manager and business owner to push the business forward.

Kiwis is a busy, family owned bar and nightclub, opened in 1986 it has been a popular late night venue for over 39 years. We specialise in great party atmosphere incorporating, Dj’s, karaoke nights and private functions.

. Being part of the Kiwis team means you’ll be responsible for providing a friendly but professional service across the business.

Main responsibilities & requirements:

· Support to the General Manager in looking after financial aspects of the pub operations, including budget management and staff deployment.

. Manage shifts.

. Line cleaning.

· Delivering an exceptional customer service through your own work and performance of your team.

· Team Management and performance improvement through a motivational approach, coaching and inspirational leadership.

· Being open-minded and ready to adapt to ever changing environment.

· Managing the building and business in the GMs absence and annual leave.

· Compiling stock reports.

· Working weekends, evenings, bank holidays and major events.

. 45 -50hrs per week
