We are looking for an enthusiastic chef to join our kitchen team.
The role includes managing busy sections of the kitchen, working collaboratively with the team on menu preparation, and ensuring the kitchen is always clean and compliant with all health, food, and safety regulations.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Chef. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Chef de Partie or Sous Chef experience.

We are also looking for a keen trainee chef to join our team.

The Glan yr Afon / Riverside is a community-owned pub and restaurant that has recently completed a full refurbishment of its four bedrooms. We are located in the heart of Snowdonia National Park, nestled along the Welsh coastal walking path between Machynlleth and Aberdyfi. Our bar, restaurant, and outdoor garden area are open seven days a week.

We are a growing business with excellent prospects for the right people, and we offer competitive rates of pay depending on experience.
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
